Agreement Terms:

☑️ I agree that any and all photographic/video images, or likeness, or the voice of the above-named registrant/participant while participating at Arrichion, Inc. including those created for course assignments may be used for commercial, promotional, or administrative purposes. In assigning these rights, I grant Arrichion and its successors, assignees, and licensees to full and irrevocable right to produce, copy, distribute, exhibit, and transmit my voice and likeness in connection with Arrichion by means of print, website, broadcast or cablecast,videotape, film, webcast or any other electronic or mechanical method now known or hereinafter invented.

☑️ I acknowledge that there is a risk of injury with any physical activities and I release and discharge Arrichion Hot Yoga and its employees from all claims, demands, and causes of action for any injury that I may incur during participation of this program.

☑️ I agree to protect and respect Arrichion Hot Yoga’s intellectual property, and that it is illegal for me to reproduce or share with another individual or organization outside of this program.

☑️ I understand that the money-back guarantee applies only to the 7-week online course, is conditional on the successful completion of all online program requirements and must be requested in writing in week 7 of the online course.

☑️ I understand that if I miss the Sunday Zoom session for any reason, the make-zoom must be scheduled within 2 days with my coach and I will be charged $125 for the make-up session.

☑️ I understand that upon successful completion of ALL program requirements I will be awarded a Certified Yoga Teacher certificate (RYT). I understand that I must successfully complete all requirements of the program to be eligible for certification and Yoga Alliance RYT registration.

☑️I understand that if I request an extension beyond the end of course dates to complete the program that I will be charged $250/week for each week of the extension. Extensions must be requested in writing and can only be extended up to four weeks beyond the end of the regularly scheduled course.

☑️ I understand that if I elect the payment plan the first payment is non-refundable. If I pay in full and receive a refund, Arrichion will deduct the amount of payment plan first payment from my refund.

☑️ I understand that tuition, except for the non-refundable amount described below, is refundable any time between the day you receive it and thirty-one days before the start of the session I originally applied to attend. I understand there is no refund thirty days or less before the start of the session even if I withdraw from or am unsuccessful in completing the course.

☑️I understand that if I pay in full and request a refund thirty-two days or more before the start of the session, the amount designated as the first payment of the payment plan is non-refundable. If I pay in full and receive a refund, Arrichion will deduct the amount of the payment plan first payment from my refund.

☑️ I understand that if I elect the tuition payment plan, that payments, except for the first payment, are refundable any time between the day you receive them and thirty-one days before the start of the session I originally applied to attend. After that, I understand that I am responsible for all payments even if I withdraw from or am unsuccessful in completing the course.

☑️ I understand that if, in the opinion of your coaches, I’m not contributing to the culture and forward motion of my team, they will let me know. If I’m still not able to actively participate, you will ask me to withdraw from the course. In this situation, no refund is possible.

☑️ I understand that I can only request one deferral. I can defer my enrollment to the next session up to 10 days prior to the start of the course. No deferrals are allowed after the course begins. I understand that I will be required to pay a $250 deferral fee.

☑️ I authorize Arrichion Hot Yoga to charge/debit my tuition from my credit card or bank account according to the payment agreement form. I am legally authorized to make charges to the account.
